GOOD OPERATION
The organization gives itself the right to add, remove or adjust all regulations for the proper functioning of the event. In addition, all the points mentioned in this document must be followed and respected in order to ensure a positive experience for our visitors, exhibitors and organizers.
REFRESHMENT AND MEAL BREAK
A refreshment break will be offered to you around 10:30 am. You will find coffee, herbal teas, assorted juices, mineral water and soft drinks, all free of charge. Any other consumption will be at your expense. Lunches (cold sandwich-style lunch or others) are tolerated on site. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FOOD FROM OUTSIDE IS ACCEPTED ON THE SITE (pizza order, subway delivery, or others). Any meal coming from outside must be consumed outside the building. There will be no access to a microwave on site.
